Indian users received great news because Microsoft decided to enable digital payment services on Kaizala in India. This was possible with the integration of the mobile payment services of MobiKwik and Yes Bank. The new feature doesn’t require leaving the app for transactions This new feature will allow users to make peer-to-peer payments in group chat conversations and one-to-one conversations as well without having to leave the app. They can make their payments easily and comfortably via the MobiKwik wallet and using the Unified Payment Interface integration of Yes Bank. This UPI payment integration is compatible with all 86 participating banks. All organizations will be able from now on to make micro-payments and enable bill expense reimbursements. They will also get the opportunity to pay travel allowances on the go to the mobile workforce. This was a highly requested feature Rajiv Kumar, Corporate Vice President of Office Product Group, Microsoft explained that when Microsoft Kaizala was launched back in 2017, it offered both businesses and consumers a safe chat platform to be productive and collaborate as well on the go. The app is currently being used by thousands of organizations across various industries for their daily workflows, and the number of users is still growing. According to Kumar, the ability to perform payment transactions within the app was a stringent demand from their users, and the company happily announced them that this is finally possible.
